Terms of Use

ModestFashionAI ("MFAI," "we," "us") is operated by MODESTBEAUTY TEKSTİL İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company registered in Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye (Tax ID: 6211280181), operating the website and app at modestfashionai.com (the "Platform").

MFAI helps users discover modest fashion products across partner brands using AI-powered search, chat, and visual/photo search. We aggregate and tag product listings supplied by independent brand partners. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, price, ship, or fulfill any product. When you click "Buy," you leave the Platform and complete your purchase directly with the brand partner, under that brand's own terms (see Section 4 and the separate Buy-Click Disclosure).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or transact through partner links. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for their use of it.

Product listings, pricing, availability, sizing, and delivery information originate from brand partners and may change or be inaccurate without our knowledge. Your purchase contract is formed exclusively between you and the brand partner, not with MFAI. Returns, refunds, warranty, delivery disputes, and consumer-law claims (including under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation) are the brand partner's responsibility and are governed by that brand's own Distance Sales Agreement and policies, not this document.

Search results, chat responses, style recommendations, and the "Modest Fashion Passport" are generated or assisted by AI models and may be incomplete, outdated, or occasionally incorrect (including on modesty/coverage attributes). Always verify product details on the brand partner's own listing before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• scrape or bulk-extract Platform data;
• reverse-engineer the AI systems;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content (including via photo search);
• impersonate others; or
• interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

The Platform's design, brand (name, logo, gradient/typography system), and underlying software are owned by MFAI or licensed to it. Brand partner product images, names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under the applicable brand collaboration agreement.

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, MFAI is not liable for: (a) inaccuracies in brand-partner-supplied product data; (b) issues arising from purchases completed on a brand partner's site; or (c) indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Turkish consumer or data protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) of İstanbul, or the consumer's place of residence where mandatory law requires, have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Platform itself (not to purchases from brand partners, which are governed by the relevant brand's terms).
